We never charge fees to close your mortgage. We are paid a commission (which we disclose to you) by the lender you choose.  We aim to save you money, taking the time to individually negotiate the best available rate rather than simply accepting the standard rate on offer.

My Credentials: 

I have worked in Financial Services sector for over 10 years. Beginning with a university degree in Finance and a specialized MBA in the field, I was always passionate about the finance industry. I acquired my first skills in the highly volatile work environment of an international bank, Bank of Nova Scotia. From there, I worked with an insurance brokerage firm helping clients with their Insurance solutions. I have worked internationally in the global economy of India, the UK and am now operating from Melbourne, Australia.

I have completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management. I am an accredited member of the Association of Australia (FBAA) and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). I also carry Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind.

The preliminary assessment is a very detailed process where we identify any possible problems from a lending point of view. We'll also calculate your borrowing capacity.

Compare 100s of Loans for You:

We can assess over 100 products from 25 lenders for each client we work with. By using your unique information, we can identify the suitable options available.

We help you make an educated buying decision by researching and filtering  through the best mortgage lenders and products that will best meet your needs, at the most favourable rates and terms available.

Structure your Loans:

After the preliminary assessment, we recommend upto 5 loans that are most suited to you. The recommendations we make will always be clear, transparent, and based on sound financial logic. You’ll be able to compare each loan option and assess various rates, features, fees and charges to identify what’s right for you.

We’ll also discuss your exact borrowings & repayments with you and answer any questions that you may have.

Liaise with various parties and help you with Paperwork:

Once you finaliase the most appropriate lender and loan product, we then begin the loan application process. We will help you to complete the necessary paperwork and liaise with the lender on your behalf.

Regular Review of your Portfolio:

Our service doesn’t end once your home loan settles. We will stay in touch to make sure your home loan is the right solution for you needs now and in the future.
